Very often students ask professionals, “What is a day at your job like?” This can be a hard question to answer on the fly. Showing them can give them a much better understanding. We invite you to participate in our “A Day In The Life” video series. Sign up on this Google Form and we will text you 1-3 prompts per week until the Annual Meeting in February 2022. All you have to do is use your smartphone to record a short video answering any of the prompts you want to answer, and text it right back to us. We will do the rest!
These videos will be shown to students in conjunction with the Career Panel and/or other student professional development opportunities at the 2022 Annual Meeting. With your permission, they may also be compiled onto a website where students may revisit them year-round, though this is not mandatory. We also welcome vlogs, photos, or other media that give students a feel for what it is like to be in your shoes. If you have any further questions please contact us at students@tws-west.org.
